Learning to swim:
Once children are confident in their watery environment they are ready to learn the basics of swimming. Each child learns and progresses at their own pace and this is actively encouraged in class.
These classes are held in a fun environment with toys and play but with more emphasise on learning to swim. Ages ranging from 2.5 years - 6 years.
Progressing from learning to swim and learning the basics in the four main strokes to competent and effortless swimming.
These classes are the most structured with play given at the end of each lesson. Ages ranging from 6 years - 12 years.
Yoga for kids:
Yoga tailored for children practiced with story telling using imagination and focus. The classes combine a mixture of yoga practice, creative exercise, drawing and relaxation technique.
Yoga Classes take place on Tuesdays at 4.30pm and 5.30pm. Ages ranging from 4 - 10 years.
Classes split into 4 - 6 years and 7 - 10 years.
